A T-shirt design that combine our school spirit with our own personality/values.

B Natural represents the importance of being natural and just being yourself, imperfect and free just like nature.

The font I chose ties the graphics all together, giving the design a rough and natural feeling.

My Summer Postcard

My postcard exhibits some of the places I've been to during the summer of 2022.

The main setting is Mazatlan, Mexico. The street was created based on a photo I took during the trip, and I wanted to project the hot and dry feeling through the neutral colors. The umbrella on top was from another place I visited in California, during the Lavender Festival. The umbrellas bring a fantasy feeling and a pop of color to the postcard, balancing out with the neutral street colors.

As the final touch, I added a faded paper texture on the postcard to express the feeling I had while walking through this particular street, a faded, dry and empty street with rough edges.

70s Band Inspired Tote Bag Design

This tote bag design was made for the 2022 Tustin Art Walk in partnership with Rasta Cowboy Records.

This design was inspired by the song "Lights" by Journey.

"When the lights go down in the city
And the sun shines on the bay
Do I wanna be there in my city?"

The opening of the song talks about the sunrise in San Francisco, where the band was first formed.

I portrayed this scene through the tilted streets of San Francisco, and the sun just slightly shining upon the buildings. The colors were sampled from Journey's album cover.

Fonts used in this artwork is meant to portray rock music album covers and groovy design that were popular during the 70s.

English Department T-shirt Design

This artwork was designed for the Beckman English Department. They wanted something colorful and graphics with books in it.

The B designed to be like a house, stored with books, or knowledge for the students. The B stands for Beckman, and I used our school font for "Beckman English" to show that this is a department within our school.
